By using Kleenfold, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language.

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

Using Our Service

You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
One account per person. Corporate accounts are managed separately.
You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

Orders & Service

Orders are confirmed once a laundry staff member accepts them.
Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed — delays may occur.
Kleenfold is not liable for pre-existing damage to garments.
Notify us of any special care requirements before collection.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due upon order confirmation or before delivery.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days for valid claims.
Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Dispute any charge within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Prohibited Use

Do not submit items containing hazardous or illegal materials.
Do not impersonate staff or other customers.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform.
Fraudulent orders or chargebacks will result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Kleenfold's liability is limited to the cost of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays beyond our control, or items not declared at the time of collection.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Kleenfold after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
